WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, eftpos, Shop Pay and Union Pay as payment options for purchases. 

We understand that you might feel concerns about online payments. Here at First Store we use a secure shopify payment gateway to protect your data. Your credit card information is not stored by us and is handled over SSL encryption for your peace of mind.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL YOU BE CHARGED IN?

All transactions on our website are processed in AUD for Australian customers and in NZD for New Zealand customers. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate based on the currency you choose at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER 3 OR 4 TIMES PAYMENT OPTION?

We accept 3 times payment. You will be able to chose that payment option on checkout.

HOW DO YOU CHANGE/MODIFY YOUR ORDER?

If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at contact@firststore.com.au

Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email incorrectly when placed the order or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your account to see your orders. You may also contact us to find out more information about your order.
